The staff were very helpful and respectful and gave us good recommendations.

The hotel staff was not very friendly.

The property's location was good, near the station. What's more, it was adjacent to the train stations and Hankyu-Umeda subway and Osaka for longer than one night.

The hotel was a wonderful base for enjoying a very nice area, near LOFT Umeda and Maruzen/Junkudo bookstore, and restaurant. Its location just a short walk away from Osaka Museum of Housing and Living was favourable.

The hotel is in a great location, just a five-minute walk from the metro station. Plenty of nearby 7/11s and a lively nightlife area with bars and restaurants. The staff is kind, and some can speak English.

It was a functional hotel, nesteled in an original building. The staff were really helpful and excellent the whole time. The location was marvellous, relatively close to Floating Garden Observatory. I appreciated 3 nights there.

The rooms at Hotel Binario Umeda are cozy and comfortable, with premium bedding and air conditioning. I loved the different decor in each twin room, it gave a unique touch to our stay. The private bathrooms with a bathtub were a great addition, with complimentary toiletries and hairdryers.

Personally, I found the feature of the toilets with an electronic bidet a bit overwhelming. Others might still enjoy it though!

Absolutely fantastic and good breakfast for all tastes; WELCOMING staff. Location very close to the main Hankyu Umeda train station and the heart of the area and subway stops. Public parking, friendly service.

Convenient Location and Comfortable Room

During my recent stay at Hotel Binario Umeda, I was pleased with its convenient location. The hotel is just a short walk away from both Umeda station and Nankatsu station, making it easy for me to explore the city and access transportation options. The nearby train stations also offered a variety of food options, including a popular Ramen Alley.

While there were a few drawbacks, such as the need for a refurbishment and limited English proficiency among some staff members, these were minor compared to the positives of the hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located near the train station and easy to find. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive and staff members were extremely friendly. Additionally, the hotel facilities were well-maintained and the breakfast provided was tasty and energizing, setting me up for an enjoyable day exploring this city's highlights.

Great location for business trip, within walking distance to train station and food options. Rooms were clean and had necessary amenities such as toothbrush, shampoo, and conditioner.
